Frame the problem before opening Figma
Most product failures are framing failures. I spend the first week with support tickets, sales calls, and whoever is closest to the complaint, before any screen exists.

Design in systems, not screens
A single flow gets you a demo. A system gets your team a product they can extend without me in the room six months later.

Ship the smallest true version
I'd rather launch a narrow slice against real users in three weeks than a complete vision in three months. Assumptions are cheaper to fix before launch.

Measure, then argue with the data
Dashboards don't replace judgment, but they do end debates. I instrument what matters before launch, not after someone asks for a number.
